Pain in my backside

No really I have a pain in my back right now. It's just so ugggggh I can finally move around but for some reason when I went to lay down it started to hurt more and when I got up, wow PAIN. It took me 5 minutes to get from the bed room to the bathroom. the doors are only 3 feet away. I hope tomorrow is better. It's not even like I woke up this way, I just started to feel the pain in the afternoon. But why???? oh well time to rest.
