Face book

Hello everyone I wanted to vent a bit about Facebook and its Policies. I recently logged in to facebook to check something as i have not been on it in months. I found my account has been disabled. Well I wrote them a nice letter stating I had not been on in a long time and Was found it was disabled. their response to me was this.
Hi,
Your account has been disabled for violating the Facebook Terms. We have determined that your profile does not authentically represent you, which violates our policies. According to our policies, your profile:
• Must list your real name and date of birth
• Cannot impersonate anyone or anything (for example, profiles created to represent celebrities, pets, ideas, or inanimate objects)
• May not be used to contact strangers for business or dating purposes
Facebook is a community where people connect and share with friends using their real identities. Claiming to be someone else, creating multiple accounts, or falsely representing an organization undermines the trust and safety of the community.
We enforce our policies when we encounter violations on the site or receive reports of violations. If other inauthentic accounts currently exist on the site, it is only because they have not yet been reported and removed.
Unfortunately, we will not reactivate your account for any reason.
For more information about our policies, please read the Facebook Community Standards: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/
Thanks,
Summer

Now I have heard some really bad ideas in my time but this takes the cake So their Policy is that you have to give out your real life information on Facebook to all who want to see it. If you do not represent your true life self on Face book they disable your account.
Does this not make sense to anyone else but me, I mean the first thing you learn when you go online is what, NEVER Give out your real identity on line to anyone. Yet It says that they demand you post your Real Life Identity and will disable your account if you use anything else.Face book has slipped to an all new low, they are giving identity thieves the Ammunition they need to steal your identity and to stalk you.
Also in the letter no where does it state what information they determined to be non authentic. For one when you sign up they do not do a background check, if they did, no one would use it. Second they have no way to truly verify if someone is who they say they are. So if someone Reports you as a violation, Say they are just in a bad mood Face books policy is to what, Disable and ban you forever without even giving you a chance to verify your information is true.
I have seen some pretty crappy policies in my day and Face book has gone to all new heights with its ignorant rules and ridiculous policies. I would like to point out the fact that so many companies are trying to integrate Face book and these ridiculous policies into their systems, which means we are only fanning the fires. After reading this letter I have to say that Face book has no place in my life and I will never support a site like them ever again. If anyone else has been screwed over by Face book Please share and discuss it.

It....does kind of make sense and it does int. The basic and primal line is this...it ignores every solid danger that the internet CAN do. But it makes sense so that people can technically only have one account and not like 50 different ones like fan pages that FA/SA/DA have.
Also facebook [like lately google] have been caught changing their policy with out telling its users, taking raw computer data from their users, and a bunch of other goody stuff that people dont want them to do so.
Bottom line facebook the largeist. But like youtube it has many flaws.
