Essentially, find the service providers of the site and send them a letter with all the legal requirements to demand the removal of your copyrighted material. Should they not do so within a timely manner, you then can sue the provider for copyright violation(s).

I have already sent them a cease and desist request and have notified my lawyer about it. I like the fact that people enjoy the works I've had comissioned but, getting paid for them without talking to me is a big no no. We shall see what happens. Keep eyes open and please don't stop e-mailling them to remove the works you've created.

Further to that I'm seeing other copywritten works by FatChaos, Pornthulhu in addition to the ones you've mentioned above.

Further to THAT, I see works from NecroDrone13, As well as comissions that were set up by people like myself, to which the character is copywritten to.

Whoah. Then again, ripoffs happen every day everywhere. This is a bit more serious than somebody tracing a picture and displaying it in a free gallery, this is a false claim of copyright to the original with the intent of benefiting from it.

If I were you, I'd file a complaint against AE and inform them that there's plenty of shit that's blatantly stolen. Might not be the first or the last mail they get for it, but at least it's another chip into the pile. And potential claims from other legal routes will probably be easier if you can prove they've received your request and ignored it.

Its the internet. Unless you watermark it (and even that can be removed) it'll wind up somewhere being offered for sale by some idiot. Fighting it is almost worthless because its not exactly hard a scam to pull. For what its worth, I can't even access the site. Report it wherever you can and move on. Usually companies like PayPal and hosting providers will be helpful if they're in any way professional and the site is actually receiving funds.

Problems is most of these sites are run like crap and incredibly shady and easily setup somewhere else in five minutes when someone catches them.

I recognize other artists on there too, it's wrong how these parasites leech off of others work, it is not my place to tell you to fight it or give up on it all I can say is look inside yourself and do what you think is right, It would also be good inform any artists you recognize on there as well, mass awareness as they say

I don't understand this so maybe someone can explain it to me. Dragon porn is kind of a niche interest. If you're at all interested in finding it then you will eventually come across the furry fandom, and through that you will find the artists that draw the porn of your preference. Most artists upload their work free of charge for our enjoyment and sites like Fur Affinity make it easy to follow a variety of artists and keep updated on any new works they complete as they are completed (and in some cases before they are done). So you have the original artist's gallery which is accessible for free and is updated immediately when something new comes out, or you have a pay site full of stolen content that only gets updated when the owners feel like going out and trawling the various free sites for new material. Lastly anyone who knows about the fandom, and it would be impossible for them not to if they're gathering up our art, should also know how protective we are of our artists and artwork. Crap like this is not tolerated here and such sites don't last long once they're found by the very people who would be most interested in the service they're offering.

tl;dr: How exactly do they have _any_ subscribers? Aside from the people who sign up in order to make a list of everyone the site has ripped off.
