Well folks erased the other journal b/c I found a place. :D

After talking with the owner, we hit it off.
He doesn;t reserve parties, but after I told him what is going down, he lit up. :3
He'll see if he can reserve a spot for us.
The Bar area has 7 seats and the lounge area up to 35 people.
He's wondering how many of us are coming, and I told him, I'm gathering up
some people.

There is a catch folks. This is a walking distance from the convention center however. He recommends
that we hail a cab to him. The hotel across the street he says has a cab fair as well, so we can get back to our hotels. :3 It's a pretty long distance. To save money, we should go in groups. Hopefully this will be good for everyone.

THE TIME AND DATE:

Seeing as though there will be alot to do for people between the con days, it would be best that we do this on a Thursday, the day before the con, after dinner so people will have a full stomach. They do also serve food too people. :9
Most likely the time will be at 6:00pm or 7:00pm, but they close at 11pm for the bar alone. I'll be there at 6pm to be honest welcoming everyone.
