HELP O.O!!!!!! (Internet Rowter acthing weird O.O)

Okay so here is the scenario.
Ar random times day or night my Modem for no reason will start to loose its internet after 15 minuts of action.
Before unpluging and deploging the Modem I MADE SURE THAT ALL MY WIRERS WHERE CONNECTED AND THEY WHERE! So dont give me that option =P
Then i tried whit the Rowter i tried the modem and......ITS FIZES IT EVERYTIME but then it crashed after 15 minuts ish (I took alot of timings)
NOW......
Is it me that have somethings that made it bugy am i doing something stupid somewhere have i forgot ANITHING?
Or is this a legit problem that would be worth wild calling teck support :/.....
I am posthing this to get your opinions and sugestion on the issue O.o....

By the sounds of it it is time to get a new one.
Appelez votre fournisseur de services Internet et de leur dire ce qui se passe. Si tous les câbles sont connectés et votre connexion randomnly perte de données, alors il doit être un problème avec soit leur service ou le routeur.
+1 internets pour support d'technologie billingue... la.

how i know this 2 people i know one a client one my nabor have cable internet and when it gets to hot the modem over heats and takes 15 minuets to reconnect. my internet just slows down even with as much equipment i use i still make shore every thing have lots of brathing room. try placeing a small fan blowing on it and see if that help any, if not then call the company.
Secondly check all your connecting wires and router/modem ports particularly for corrosion (copper or aluminum contacts covered in oxides) from humidity.
Check your router/modem power supply, they do put out more power than conventional PWS so they do burn out more quickly and can damage your router.
