I wanted to know if any fursuiters (if any) that are watching me, have ever felt like you were suffocating? and if so how do you get over it?

I am not claustrophobic (is that spelt right?) just every time I put my head on I instantly remember that I can Co2 poison myself by breathing the same air over and over. and that freaks me and I have to take it off, I have been trying to fit a fan in it to try and swap out the air but so far am having trouble doing so.
