Like going into the woods to smoke marijuana, but seeing a police officer and running through the woods.

Yeah, that didn't work so well. These three fine upstanding gentleman ran over hill and dale .. (well, more like through a nasty creek with god only knows what in it and through thorn bushes) in an attempt to flee from the law. All had minor injuries, all were soaked in nasty water, all of whom were apprehended with little effort by pursing officers and myself. We managed to avoid the injuries and nasty water because we're not stupid. One officer did have his allergies bother him though. *laughs*

All this because they were going to smoke a blunt with so little marijuana in it that our scale barely registered it. So little in fact that I wouldn't have given two shits about it other than making them destroy their weed and trespassing them from the property. Instead, they get a nice stack of charges for letting us have a little fun pursing them.

In other news, I got hit in my patrol vehicle. Driving through a parking lot when someone backed out of a parking space right into me. I have to wonder what went through his head when he saw he hit a cop.
