ACCEPTING COMMISSIONS [PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY]

Sorry for the wait! It's been quite some time since I accepted any commissions due to a severe backlog from last year. I will be opening up a limited amount of slots in batches from now on. BUT HOLD ON, the rules are very different this time! Please read below.
So this is basically how everything will work:
1. I will post a journal (in this case, this journal) to announce a certain number of slots available. This is not a fixed number. For example if I say 1-3 slots available, the final number may be 2, depending on the stuff I recieve.
2. I will be specifying a time frame for commissioners to pitch in refs and a description of what they want. Do not specify what type (flat color or shaded, whole body or bust) just yet! Send all of this in 1 single note before the deadline.
3. I will choose a number of ideas and fill in the slots depending on my available time and whether I feel that I'd be able to get the most out of an idea. The results will be posted in a second journal, this is when you specify whether you want fully shaded bust or a flat colored full body pic etc. Payment
should be sent at this time too, however the funds will be sitting in my paypal until the entire thing is done. If in the unlikely event that I end up not being able to finish it, I will automatically issue a full refund. Don't worry if yours didn't get chosen! You're welcome to pitch it in again in the next round. If there's something I don't feel comfortable with, I will let you know in my reply, but you're still welcome to pitch in a modified idea in the next round.

Now for the real deal
I will be opening 1-2 slots starting now. The window to submit your ideas is from now till 1PM Friday Pacific time! Refs posted in the comments will not count, but feel free to ask me questions!
Also please clearly label your notes.
