I went ahead and disabled notes because I always found the system tedious and there were a few occassions where I lost a few important notes due to mismanagement.
In the event that you require my attention, I can be reached by email at kidkaz@gmail.com. I have a smartphone and I can reply to email almost as soon as I get it.
I have Skype as well, but I am rarely on, and you can't message me without being added first.
Lastly, I take questions at my tumblr: https://www.kidkaz.tumblr.com/ask, and any questions asked will also alert me by email.

Don't see the use in disabling notes. Don't get a heck of a lot of them myself and if anyone gets offensive or stalkerish, I can just add them to my block list.
