And NO, I am NOT going to change everything I have to access one site so don't bother trying to talk me into changing all my hardware/software just to stay on this glitchy incompatible flawed stupid annoying ugly as sin new FA, because that will never ever happen.
Now Playing - Aug-Nov 2025:
CASIO
fx-7400GⅢ (or any other Casio Basic compatible machine):
★★★★★ Alien Worlds (a Casio Basic game originally made for another older system I don't own, I've managed to fix the code enough that it plays but there are some game logic glitches I haven't figured out how to fix yet, the game is like a turn-based Missile Command)
★★★★★ Pong (a Casio Basic game, I had to adapt the code for it to work properly but now it works perfectly, not actually Pong, it's closer to Breakout but without the bricks, bounce the ball as many times as possible with your paddle moving left/right, my current high score 21)
fx-9860GⅢ (also compatible with Casio fx-9750GIII):
★★★★★ Alien Worlds (a Casio Basic game originally made for another older system I don't own, I've managed to fix the code enough that it plays but there are some game logic glitches I haven't figured out how to fix yet, the game is like a turn-based Missile Command)
★★★★★ Gravity Duck (a puzzle-platformer where you invert gravity instead of traditional jumping, port of a flash game)
★★★★★ Jetpack Joyride (a 2D endless runner autoscroller, fly over or run under incoming obstacles)
★★★★★ PAC-MAN Str by BTL (not a port of the original arcade game, unfortunately, but a Casio Basic game made with a similar idea, it's a different PAC-MAN but not a bad PAC-MAN, the only kinda bad part is that the entire game is in french, thankfully it's easy to just get into the game and play, so it's not a big problem, overall a good game even if it wasn't the PAC-MAN I was hoping for)
★★★★★ Racer 3D (a 3D endless runner-racer, avoid the incoming pyramids by strafing your polygon ship left/right or by jumping over them)
★★★★★ Star Wars 3D (fly up/down/left/right to avoid the incoming Tie Fighters as you fly your X-Wing toward the Death Star in the background)
★★★★★ Super Casio Bros. (pre-release version 0.5.3, a work-in-progress mostly inspired by the original 1985 Super Mario Bros. but you can move freely around the levels to revisit places to the left if you missed something, similar to Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3, only the first couple of levels (and a bit of the third) are playable and many things are missing, like piranha plants and the underwater levels, but it's very promising so far and I'm hoping to see more of this)
★★★★★ Tank Cold War (an artillery game made in Casio basic, very good visuals and gameplay, a bit slow to render the terrain when generating the levels but runs perfectly otherwise, the graph needs to be manually cleared afterwards or there will be leftover graphics from the game, but that's fine, a simple clear graph command is all it needs to take care of that)
★★★★★ Wolfenstein 3-D (not a direct 1-1 port of the original MS-DOS Wolfenstein 3-D but an original game very similar to it)
fx-CG50:
★★★★★ Alien Worlds (a Casio Basic game originally made for another older system I don't own, I've managed to fix the code enough that it plays but there are some game logic glitches I haven't figured out how to fix yet, the game is like a turn-based Missile Command)
★★★★★ BosonX (a fully polygonal 3D endless tunnel-runner game, very fine polished and stylish with fast and smooth visuals)
★★★★★ Bust-A-Move (a port of the classic arcade game, seems like a perfect port)
★★★★★ CGDOOM (basically a port of the DOOM engine, it uses the original WADs from the PC versions of DOOM or DOOM2 for content, the shareware versions works fine if you don't own the retail versions, it works and runs well enough to be fully enjoyable, only some minor graphical glitches like the floor texture is messed up a bit in some areas and I don't like how you have to quit the game to save your progress, this means if you save it's like a temporary copy until you exit the game, then finally upon exit it saves the game to memory, not a deal breaker by any means but worth mentioning, with just a tiny bit more fine polish to iron out those last few kinks it would've been perfect, still highly recommended as is, for sure, the enjoyability of the game itself is 100% intact)
★★★★★ Cubefield (a 3D endless runner-racer, avoid the incoming squares by strafing your polygon ship left/right)
★★★★★ fxMinecraft V5 (a work-in-progress port of Minecraft, it has some visual glitches, freezes and crashes at times and the performance is at best a little choppy on medium settings, high settings is a literal slideshow but looks very good and it's fairly smooth on low settings, a very impressive effort so far and I hope this continues development)
★★★★★ Gravity Duck (a puzzle-platformer where you invert gravity instead of traditional jumping, port of a flash game)
★★★★★ Pong (classic 2-player Pong, a Casio Basic game I found the source code for online, the code had some issues I managed to fix and now it works perfectly)
★★★★★ Prizm Racing (only a proof of concept demo, not an actual game, unfortunately, good technical effort but completely lacking as a game, it doesn't count laps, there's no timer, no modes or options at all, no CPU opponents etc. etc., the most interesting part is the link-cable 2 player feature, but again it's not developed beyond proof of concept, an identical copy of your car pops up on screen and that's it, as someone who loves racing games I wish this gets expanded upon some day, unfortunately the developer has officially abandoned it, thankfully it's open source, so perhaps some other talented programmer will pick it up and make something out of it one day!)
★★★★★ Sonic (a 2D endless runner autoscroller with Sonic The Hedgehog sprites (borrowed from Sonic Advance), it works perfect for what it is but unfortunately it's not a proper Sonic game)
Texas Instruments
TI-83 Plus (some also compatible with TI-84 Plus):
★★★★★ Block Dude (block puzzle platformer, it's very basic but it works)
★★★★★ Pegs (block pushing puzzle game, I can't seem to figure out the mechanic of moving blocks that can't be moved, I've tried all buttons, nothing works, some levels are so easy they're impossible to lose, others you can't do anything, very poorly designed game regardless)
★★★★★ Tetris Attack (not to be confused with Tetris, this is a horizontal tile-sliding puzzle game)
★★★★★ Yoshi (similar to Tetris Attack, a horizontal tile-sliding puzzle game)
TI-84 Plus (some also compatible with TI-83 Plus):
★★★★★ BOOMTANK (artillery game for 2 players or 1 player Vs. CPU)
★★★★★ Centipede (a port of the classic arcade game, unfortunately the visuals are a bit lacking with the mushrooms being nothing but basic rectangles with no visible damage when you shoot them like most other versions have)
★★★★★ Ikaruga (supposedly a demake of the old arcade game Ikaruga that was also available on Dreamcast, GameCube and digitally for Xbox 360, a top-down bullet hell spaceship shooter with a theme of switching between light and dark energy, but I can't seem to get it working properly, I can start the game and see the title screen but then it just crashes back to main, not even an error message, I have no idea what I can do, I've deleted everything, if it's an issue with not enough RAM memory then that's not something I can fix, the game requires certain files to be in RAM and they fill it up 100% with literally 0 left, it doesn't start at all if you put those files in the archive flash ROM)
★★★★★ My First Quantum Translocator (a very well made puzzle platformer game, the graphics stand out using a lot of greyscale and particles and the jumping physics are nice and dynamic)
★★★★★ PAC-MAN (a very lacking attempt with no home for the ghosts, no distinction between the ghosts, no power pellets, no fruits for extra points and it runs slowly and the controls feel laggy and unresponsive, not literally unplayable but why would anyone play such a completely butchered version of an already basic and simple old game?)
★★★★★ Sudoku (overall well made with multiple different difficulties, a pause feature... and a save game feature, unfortunately it doesn't let you know how long it took to complete a puzzle, so the pause feature makes no sense, you can just leave it unpaused and there's no real difference, as there's no actual timer being paused, when you complete a puzzle it just instantly takes you back to the main menu instead, even simple portable LCD Sudoku machines I own let me know how long it took me to complete a puzzle, it's such a basic feature for this kind of game and a glaring omission to say the least, especially considering this calculator has a built in real-time clock they could've used to keep track of time!)
TI-89 (also compatible with TI-89 Titanium):
★★★★★ Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (an excellent port of the original Intellivision game)
★★★★★ Command To Conquer (supposedly a very impressive Command & Conquer clone, but I couldn't get it working due to either assembly or memory errors I don't know how to fix)
★★★★★ Final Fantasy VII Cloud's Quest (a fanmade sequel to Final Fantasy VII, vastly superior to anything SquareEnix's made so far, and probably ever will)
★★★★★ Metroid 68K (an original Metroid game with graphics and game design copied from Metroid II Return of Samus on Game Boy with some additional gameplay elements like a map, mission status screen and ability to save anywhere)
★★★★★ SkyRacer (a Skyroads clone that unfortunately doesn't play as well as it looks, it's impossible to control and moves far too fast even at the lowest speed, and you need to go very fast to jump over pits, so it's literally unplayable as far as I'm concerned, sucks cuz I like Skyroads and this looks pretty good and runs smoothly, if only the gameplay was as good as the graphics)
TI-84 Plus CE-T Python (mostly also compatible with TI-82 Advanced Python, TI-83 Premium CE Python and TI-84 Plus CE Python):
★★★★★ PAC-MAN (a seemingly perfect port of the original arcade game)
★★★★★ TiFS Texas Instruments Flight Simulator (v1.4.3) (a TI Basic program using the graph for 3D wireframe graphics, while an impressive effort in many ways unfortunately this means it's excruciatingly slow with a framerate that counts several seconds per frame, it's a cool concept and I'd love a proper 3D flight sim on any calculator, but running this kind of complex code through the slow TI Basic interpreter on the embarrassingly underpowered TI-84 Plus CE hardware simply isn't good enough to make it enjoyable enough as an end result, this could possibly have been good on the much cheaper yet many times faster Casio fx-CG50)

Are you an IE user?
IE7/8/9/10/whatever is the newest version these days are all too new and refuse to even install on this computer.
I do have a new computer but it has no operating system, I'll be able to install Windows 7 on it if I can only get hold of Windows 7 at a low price enough that I can afford it, so far this had been impossible because Windows 7 literally costs more than the entire computer did...
Other than IE6 I have:
1) two PSPs (I use both a lot everyday from music to viewing images to internet browsing to the obvious gaming and other stuff, my life pretty much revolves around my trusty PSPs)
2) a smartphone (got it recently, haven't used it much, I don't like mobile phones and I HATE HATE HATE touch screens)
3) and a Wii (it collects dust a lot, I use it as a last resort internet browser but that's about it, but recently I got Deadly Creatures and Spyborgs for it and they were both pretty good so I may be playing those a bit more before it goes back to collecting dust again).
Because of this new FA upgrade all my ways of browsing FA have now been severely hindered, pretty much stopped.
I can still comment, but images and stuff is imposwsible to see, they're clumped together and the menues are all weird and stuff, it's like trying to browse deviantart, only even worse!
