just...things i thought about, i have to sign a lease, and...the house...looks like shit, says no pets and one of the guys has a rat, violation there....the inside...looks like shit, trash everywere, downstairs cause the other guy has a rat, and it smells like rat piss down there....well....i dunno, i dont wanna be put into a situation were....i sign it...and..the homeowner walks in one day and then sues us, and...i didnt do a thing...so...yeah i need to get out on my own...but...i dont wanna be put in a situation like that....
