Good times for me to livestream?

I want to know what times i can livestream without getting in the way of other live streams or being at a time everyone is busy...I Pretty much have nothing to do most of the time expect for Fridays and Wednesday when I larp at 4PM to 8 pm but i only need to larp once a week for me to get my fill.
I will be doing Mondays at around...2Pm EST

Dinner times have a lot of people connected and a lot of people streaming (they don't call it "prime time" for nothing!)
and breakfast times, seem to have few people connected and no people streaming.
