I am currently at the top of my November list. Your commission is in the middle of my April list. You haven't gotten lost, I work in a queue manner. I don't post your name until I'm actually working on your piece.

A note about my speed: I have had several customers confused about how fast I can turn a commission around. Part of the confusion seems to be that I'm doing them in monthly batches, and that makes them think I'll be done by the end of the month.

I can't do that, as much as I'd like to. My health is wonky, especially my eyesight, but I'm keeping a steady pace that is sometimes faster and sometimes slower. (Depending on the complexity of individual commissions.) Right now, I've been able to turn an individual commission back in 4 to 5 months, from purchase to finish.

I think it would be better if you post the complete list so people are not confused anymore ;)

The complete list would take up a lot of space, and offer no real information. Most inquiries are from people who are concerned that they've somehow been dropped from the queue. I don't mind telling them where they stand on the list. It takes much less time than doing the other. It was a good suggestion, though.

About 5 months. I'd have a quicker turn around, but I can't work as fast as I used to. Still, it's steady work.
