Probably small construction charges. Being from a mining region large explosions are a part of life, as for Zets i hope those explosions were not near chalk river?

No one locks their doors or cars in chalk river and the keep their keys in ignition....if your car goes missing in chalk river it will be back in about an hour or two with a full tank of gas and a note on the dash reading "sorry I really needed to borrow it"
