News from the Cookie's jar
Yep, i'm out of the hospital.
The surgery went well, except for the fact that i scared my surgeon by bleeding so hard she had to open the wound further to cauterize the bleeding vessel.
I almost needed a transfusion!
She removed a lot of lymph nodes, more than expected, as there was a kind of thick and hard "membrane" surronding some of them.... out of precaution,s she got them out. They're under analysis, i'll know more next time i'll see my oncologist..
I have a LOT of stitches a bit everywhere (breast, armpit and belly button).
I'm covered in plasters (and i'm allergic to plaster glue, yay!)..
Never knew that a human body could turn those colors.. i have purple, red, black, blue, green (some of it being the blue dye that they injected to be able to locate my lymphnodes to remove them), yellow, orange..
Bruises are on breast/armpit and on my tummy (as i got a tubal ligation at the same time, to save a general anesthesia)
The stitches hurts, and i'm under strong painkillers (they cause nightmares:().
On thuesday, i'll have the sticthes on some spots removed..
But i'm out of the hospital, at least!
Now the only anguish i have is about money, as usual....
