my nice computer chair (well, at least I thought it was nice...) broke down real good today. A bolt sheared off inside a socket which I probably can't get to without taking apart the upholstered part of the chair, and the entire back and armrest assembly was held on by 4 simple bolts.

So, I grabbed an old vinyl chair which was torn up and reupholstered it with some checkerboard pattern duct tape. Hopefully this should last long enough until I either decide to try to fix the problem, or throw the damn thing out and get a new chair.

Seeing as how I don't have any hex key bits for a power drill (or even if there is one lying around..), this may end up being an annoying project.
