You should feel pissed off. If the person in question didn't ask you for permission to use the picture, then it's stealing isn't it?

Whatever kinks the guy has doesn't matter, he should have asked before he went and made a character based off your own work.

Destroy him.

You should complain. He has no right to use your work without your permission.
