So... a few days have passed since Stompy left. I like to think I'm doing alright for myself. I mean. I have re-arranged the bedroom so that's somewhat clean now. the flat has not exploded and i even manged to get my hands on a hampster cage and get it all set up today (since after having my car looked at for its failing Handbrake, i want to go and get a Gerbil)

I still miss him mind. Dont think that i dont, its very very different to be living on your own completly when you ahve in all fairness, just lived with your parents, then with someone else. its a strange expereience and probibly one that's going to go on for quite a long time. However in time, I'm sure that may well change, for both him and me.

Being alone does however make me appreicate how Skype works, and just being able to see other people and talk to them in an (almost) face to face manor. okay, its not the same as actually having Stompy sitting eight feet from me talking about, say a fail compliation, but its better then a kick in the teeth.

Talking about Kick's in the teeth, I'm back on WoW. Great.

On the almost Ironic side, i went to the CarBoot yesterday looking for bargins. didnt buy much. some USB speakers for 3 pounds (i really needed since my jack port is dieing a horrid painful death. nice speakers they are too!) and two large bags of balloons for a fiver... how come i get such things after the person who likes them the most leaves? Sods law innit

Edit: Great. Mechanic didnt come to look at my car, and apparntly Gerbils are impossible to find. four shops, none. how irritating. got one more to look in tommorow (before metal detecting) before i give up and get a Hampster.
