Have you had your daily dose of brick to the face, today?
Bastard strung the gay Sonic community along. What do I mean by that? Well, last time I asked him about his thoughts on the whole "Gay Rotor" thing, he said that he would've continued it had he known about it, he couldn't do anything about it right now, but he thinks the new knowledge makes his killing of Cobar, ROtor's partner in the comics, more poignant. THis seemed to indicate that he liked the idea and considered it canon himself, but couldn't do anything about it through circumstances beyond his control.
Now he's saying that Rotor is NOT gay, never WAS gay, never WILL be gay, and that's his choice because he doesn't want to continue something that he personally doesn't think was set up well enough to bother with.

I'm sorry, but this is a betrayal to the gay Sonic community, in my opinion. We've got proof in the comic that Rotor was gay, and even though Ken Penders, the guy who set the whole thing up, revealed it flat-out after he left, that's no reason for Ian to NOT try to pick that up and run with it. The ONLY reasons I can think of for him to legitimately be unable to do anything with it is if Sega and/or Archie changed their minds about allowing it, or the current lawsuit with Ken is barring him from doing it. What he's saying is that he's CHOOSING to ignore the facts, because he didn't know about it until now, and that somehow negates the fucking point. I'm sorry, but no. Yeah, the proof was more innuendo than anything, but it was in the fucking comic, the fans found it, they accepted it, and writers have done more with innuendo from others in the past.
The only reason why he's doing this is because he's anti-gay walrus, which is funny because he's supposedly pro-gay himself. If he really was pro-gay, he wouldn't have killed off Cobar. Sorry, Ian, but I don't care what you say, I stick with Ken's Word of God, here, and it says Rotor is gay. And if you try to do anything with him like hook him up with Nicole or something, I swear I'll start a protest against it. Who's with me?
