I am starting up a new routine which I hope I will be able to stick to. I ride my bike down the road to the gym and then I swim laps for an hour. I get wore out every time. Today I got very hungry half an hour into my swim. I am exhausted right now. I think I will do some weight lifting tomorrow and do rotations like that. If I stick to this plan I should trim down pretty quick and hopefully build more muscle mass.
