Allegedly Zoidspoison was where they got their information from on that. Although, I couldn't check Zoidspoison to verify the context of the announcement because their server is throwing up all kinds of errors as though it's been Slashdotted by Zoids fans.

Are all existing models so far. But then again, these three have been in EVERY Zoids series, so it's really hard to tell what's going on.

once zoidspoison is back up, they give a pretty good translation of the poster that this news came from. As for more info other than whats on the poster we will just have to wait till Tomy releases more info or wait till next year when they bring their new Zoids out ^^;

OK, a little bit of translation now that I've calmed down.

The first line says that TOMYTEC are going to add a new category to the high skill miniature world [of Zoids]

The text box says (roughly) "2013 is the 30th year of Zoids and TOMYTEC are going to relaunch the scale model line. We have been doing this for a long time, so we have the know-how to produce kits with gimmicks and world-view". Don't ask me what they mean by that, but 'gimmicks' is a very strong indication that they will be motorized.

(*edit - for the doubters, all the motorized Zoids use the same word on the packaging to describe the walking action*)

The red box says "planned release this winter" (which as we learned from the d-style ultra effectively means next January).

The line at the bottom says "This project is currently under development"

Would it be okay if the zoids are OC and commissions?

OC zoids are fine but as for commissions you would have to get permission from the owner and the artist

Already got my Panzer and Fury preordered. Just waiting on that Shadow Fox and DiBison (which hasn't had anything more than a teasing mention during the HMM Zoids Meeting back in January, but do want!)

I find it interesting that they didn't release a different figure for the Bloody Death Saurer, still having the Prozen one. But after researching a bit, it's interesting that Zoids Wiki states that Prozen was piloting it in Zoids Battle Colosseum. I don't actually recall anyone piloting any Zoids in that game, since it was a card game. Perhaps I need to play a bit more and see.

It would be cool for us to get a dubbing of Genesis, or maybe a release of a whole new series, an anime of Saga would be pretty awesome.

I had hopes of a return, with the release of the Rebirth Century models and the concept art books.

Also the revival of Toonami might just give the fanbase the kick it needs to demand localization of whatever new comes out.

It would be interesting if this new wave consists of old and new models, but designed in the style seen in the Zoids Concept Art books.

Slightly yes.
Armor that looks more molded than blocky/organic than mechanical.

Maybe a bit poseable than the older models, Yet at the same time motorized.

It would also be cool to see more models that are compatible with CP-16.
