At the risk of possibly encouraging the behavior, which I'm not endorsing... I really need to address this.
I've been Rickrolled twice by phone now. I don't MIND the fact that I've been Rickrolled. It's still somewhat amusing for the time being... but it's going to get old, really fast.
The ISSUE is that I'm being Rickrolled when I'm trying to sleep. The first one was at 4:00AM on Tuesday, I think, and the second was this morning at 5:00AM.
I have to get up in the morning to go to work. And I really like sleeping.
I don't freely give out my cell number, so I thought I should be able to trust most people that have it... and of course, since the calls are coming from an automated system, I can't see who is doing it :(
If it happened once and the person took credit for it, I'd probably laugh and appreciate the thought, even if it happened at a weird time of night, but right now I'm just sad that I'm being prank called by anonymous.

At least one really weird person has my number, though... I got a string of heavy breathing/possibly fapping calls one night last October x_X

the girlfriends works with the volume off, either way, i understand about emergencys. just can say hop you dont get no more rickrolls.
Pisses me off when those refiancing loan companies leave me messages-I DON'T need to refiance you weasels.
I used to get these calls where a guy would laugh maniacally then hang up, he would even leave messages to that effect. It was creepy.
April Fool's is over.. whoever is doing this is full of lamesauce. I'll cross my fingers for you so it doesn't happen again.

However, I trust that if you were to do it, you'd give it a more personal touch.
we have a simular thing here in the UK, its in alot of mens mags, basicaly you call some place give them a number to prank and chose what prank message to give and its all annomisly.
Problem is...there is a catch, that is when you call your number is stored aswell as the person your pranking, and they are offten encouraged to prank you in returen and sadly you cant remove yours or the other persons number.

Luckily, it's not really a big deal. I'm only a *little* annoyed, and mostly want whoever is doing it to realize that the joke is soured by automatic calls at unfortunate times of the day (or night).
