Terms of Service

Please follow all rules stated below!

-Payment
-50-100% of the commission must be paid up front, the remaining amount must be paid before the finished image is given.
-Payment must be sent within 2 days of the invoice, or your commission will be cancelled. You can re-commission me if this happens.
-Paypal only, please.

-Refunds
-If the commission is cancelled before it has been started, a full refund will be offered.
-If the commission has been started, a partial refund will be offered.
-If for some reason I cannot complete your commission, I will inform you and offer you a refund.
-If you have any concerns, note me.

-Process
-You must inform me of the requested details of the commission before payment is made and you are added to my queue.
-I will send a watermarked sketch WIP if requested after the payment has been made for any minor changes that want to be made. Any additional changes after the WIP will be extra charge.
-I will not make changes after lineart has been started, with the exception of fixing markings or colors in a design.
-If there are major change requests in the pre-sketch such as poses or additional characters, I will charge you extra depending on how major the change is.
-I have the right to re-use scrapped sketches or poses originally made for a commission for personal or professional pieces.
-Please wait patiently for me to reach your commission on my queue.

-Other
-You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
-You are free to repost the watermarked image, but DO NOT repost the large unwatermarked copy.
-Please have a clear visual reference sheet or art of your character to commission me.

-Do's and Don'ts
-You DO NOT have the right to sell any part of the artwork in any way, shape, or form.
-I keep the rights to the art piece
-You have the right to repost the image anywhere you choose and to use the image for personal use, as long as credit is given to me and no money is made from the image.
-You DO NOT have the right to edit the image in ANY way, except if you wish to make an icon out of it. This includes, but is not limited to: removing my signature, recoloring the image, having another artist color the image without my permission.

Rule 34/NSFW of copyrighted characters (pokemon, disney characters, etc)

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
