how to kill an art block!:
~Listen to bunches of music
~Watch a crap of TV (or fun videos)
~Hang with friends and brainstorm (or if you have none, make some! :D)
~Go out and look at nature
~Study glowsticks ^ 3 ^
~Play some video games
~Have a doodle session
~Play with pets (if you have some)
~Clean? (sometimes that helps people)
~hang upside down?

Maybe draw some of your favorite characters from mangas or tv shows. You could draw them interacting with you like you are part of the action.
