In Phoenix, Arizona. Officials say a 19-year-old women faces child abouse and aggrevated assault charges after she drove away with her five-week-old child forgotton on the roof in a safty seat.

Police say the baby fell off the roof and landed in the middle of the intersection, the baby was unharmed and strapped inside the seat.

The child's mother - Catalina Clouser - admitted to police that she didn't have a good night.

she claimed that sh was upset that her boyfriend had been arrested for inplaired driving earlier, and that she had ben smoking marijuana at a friend's house.
