Umm, buddy, pal, friend, I like you but you do understand you are just flapping your lips in the wind, right? By posting some "legal" sounding notices on your FA, doesn't make it law binding. See, um . . . you can't go posting things in public and then make it all private with some psuedo-legal mumbo jumbo. Even if you have a friend that is taking some courses online to become a paralegal and says it should work, it doesn't. Try to take this to a court and you're throwing your money away by feeding another lawyer so he may rook some other client tomorrow.
