Day one.

This morning at 7:15AM I drank my first glass of OptiFast. For the next 4 weeks will have me drinking 4 shakes a day for a total calorie intake of 900 calories a day.
So far things are going well, I am sure that this first day will not be terrible, but I am guessing that tomorrow will be the start of hell. This is going to be a huge challenge. I think that I am going to tape the progress and see what happens.
