Honestly from a tech perspective, I'd say save your money and get a new PC. Just about anything you can do with a mac you can do on PC these days for alot less expense.

But if you insist on paying 3 times more for the same product...

Look into the laptops. Desktops are kinda a secondary market at this point and laptops are just about as powerful.

Further more, make sure you get one that has a powerful video card if you're into gaming as that's not something you can generally upgrade so you have to do your research /now/ to be prepared for the life of the unit. Memory and HDD space is generally user upgradeable in most cases.

Still Plan to keep my PC for gaming.

One reason I want a Mac is to get away from where windows is going I had a look at Windows 8 its basicly trying to turn my PC into a tablet, and I have so much trobble using Linux.

Sell your PC, get an iMac or MacBook Pro. You can always dual boot to OSX or Windows. No need for two computers. Also look at the Refurbished section in the online store. You can shave a few hundred dollars off if you're lucky, there's absolutely nothing wrong with them, they come in their original packaging with a full warranty like new.

Ah cool I wil have a look at that when i get home.

Also WAIT A FEW DAYS til after the Apple WWDC is over and they have announced the new products.

It will still be a few months beforeI have saved enough hehe
