Where does the time go? D:

I can't believe it's already been a week since I posted my last journal.
I feel like I've just wasted that time just sitting here and not doing anything of any importance. (Unlike of what I should've been.. )
Still can't believe I lack inspiration and that my motivation is pretty much dead, no matter what I try. ;~;
Thought musics would help.. It has, but only a tiny bit.
Anyway~ I don't even know why I'm writing all this out. Guess I'm just trying to pass the time and get on with the next day already, or something..
I hope you're all doing well, and feeling much better than I currently am. '^'
I'm still really sorry for making you guys wait for more arts. ;~;

How many feral squirrels does it take to drive a car? xD Would like 4 of them hang off the wheel to make it turn? Would one stay on the dash board to shout instructions?
Anthropomorphosize what you feel is blocking you as some sort of monster-thingy, then draw it?
Do something else that's creative, like writing, papercraft, or such?
Thanks. <3
Others might absolutely love them even if you feel a little meh about them. ^^
Tracing, although some artists find it a taboo, can also help when you're wanting to draw something completely new.
Then you can edit and shape it the way you see fits...
ummm..
Painting also might be able to help. Grab a photo from online, anywhere, and just eyedrop some colors into a canvas and paint whatever the hell you want.
These are some things that help me when I'm in a rut...
If all else fails, I usually just take a break from art for a while and relax in real life. A stressed artist doesn't produce much art, so if you're stressed at home, maybe that could be why. :<
HOPE IT HELPS AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT. ;-;
That aside... Those are some good ideas :3
I might have to try some of them..
I really think that all I need is someone there to keep pushing me on; to do more things, and keep me motivated. :<
So far, even though all of this everyone seems to be saying is all good and hopefully helpful, but I still lack the motivational drive to actually do any of it.
It seems like all I seem to do with my spare time is just sit here, look at some things on the internet, and talk to one or more people. ;~;
I also think that it doesn't help much that out of all the people I talk to, only one or two of them is actually an artist. :<
Drawing someone else's character is also a push because there is someone expecting something from you, and you feel the urge to complete it.
Either that or a collaboration.
You just have to remember why you draw. <3
It's been quite a while since they've finished their part.
But, if you want to, I suppose it's alright.. You might not get something for a long, long time though.even though I'd hold a higher priority for it. :<
