Crappy 3D renders ... Alright, fine then.. Should I quit?
Got some troll comment that all I do are crappy 3D renders .. alright, fine then.. whats so crappy about them? .. /sigh
I suppose that "person" isn't going to justify their point of view and maybe also suggest to me how I might improve... Does anyone else at least have some helpful suggestions for how I can make things less crappy.
Spending 50 hours on something just to be told its all crap isn't very nice .. or helpful.. Fine then.

FA+

Hell, I'd pay for them.
Just keep doin' what you do best and ignore them~
I do think that improvement is something we can always strive for, but I don't think you have anything to gain by giving the commenter in question any credence whatsoever.
I love your models and i would love if you teach how! there beautiful and take alot of skills to do from every single poly down to the texturing.
person who said that i bet they ant even do a 3D model. or do as anything as good. so dont let that troll get to you
"HATERS GONNA HATE"

anyways I don't see what's so "crappy" about your models here
Keep doin what your doing :3 never give up
You have an active fanbase so ignore the troll.. oops I guess I said something x3
Ignore said person.
I'll go through your gallery and see if I can offer some tips, if you'd like. However, please do know that I appreciate each new image you post. c: I wish I could learn 3D modelling. I can never quite get the hang of it, so your stuff is very inspiring.
I can offer one suggestion though. More material differences, especially on your characters. They look like sculpted models, but I think you could push them a bit further with more varied materials and maybe a different approach to body fur. Perhaps a method more similar to how you handle hair, which looks awesome :3
Two why does it matter, as in the end its for you. if you are rendering stuff for yourself that whats matters.
Only reason to quit if you dont like doing it, not what others say.
Yeah you
With those awesome 3D renders
You keep fucking making them and don't give any fucks
/antitroll
Perhaps they wanna see more texture? Everything you do is super smooth.
I dunno, just guessing xD
I like your models, and that's coming from a modeler :)
But your renders look like they're under a trance.
I have 28 watchers. A significant portion don't watch for my 3D stuff (The majority of the favorites are on fractals that didn't really take all that much effort on my part). I don't post 3D stuff in my gallery that I think is crappy, and I have occasionally pulled stuff from my gallery even if it has been favorited because, as I improved, I deemed some of my older work too crappy to keep here. If someone came along and said my 3D work was "crappy renders", unless they could do better, I would tell them that it is they that are crappy and tell them they can take the chip on their shoulder elsewhere. If they persisted, I would block them. That said, you are welcome to call my 3D stuff crappy all you want. Your stuff easily makes my work look crappy by comparison, so don't let idiots like that troll bother you.
As for advice for improvement, I am not afraid to offer constructive criticism to artists when appropriate. I have already critiqued a flaw that I found in one of your pieces (a minor anatomy issue with the positioning of a wrist). That is the only flaw I have found thus far to critique, and even though I saw a flaw in that piece, I still liked it enough to favorite it. You have no reason to feel insecure about your 3D work. If someone doesn't like it they can leave. They are under no obligation to look at it.
I love your art!!! It also is inspiring me to get back in and do the things in my head.
There are Trolls who will try to get into your head.. don't let them. Don't take 'art' criticism from the general populous, or even 'art' experts. Take input from people you respect for their art and listen with a grain of salt too.
Also while that random comment is rather useless but I think most of the asspat comments on this journal are worse, following them will just lead to stagnatio.
(echo sentiment of above commenters)
THEY CAN ALL GO %*@$ THEMSELVES!
I just tell them to do better. Then they go away.
