I'm getting an Axolotl! Help needed!

Okay. So I have the tank, some filters, and the basic stoofs.
I've done some research into looking after them and food stuffs.
But I'm still a little hazy on it, if anyone could give me some information they may have then this would be great!
Any Information you have will be brilliant, personal experience = even better!
If you can direct me to anyone who you know does have experience, this would also be a great help!

Leucistic ("Half-Albino"), they are the only colour 2by2 sell! xD
And sure :3 I won't be getting it till I finish college, as I'm getting paid a lot of money hopefully when I finish :3 and when I get paid that money, it's going towards many things including the said Axolotl. ;)

Its all complicated shit that once you finish reading you go "So what's the solution/answer?"
