I just realized the significance of the first comment on a rather popular artists work, especially for other aspiring artists.
I recall looking over various works and clicking on the first commenters gallery just to see who they were, and... well it's sort of like self advertising, feeding your own fan base through the use of other popular artists work. this is both interesting, and a revelation for me personally.
