This is kind of a long shot, but I'm looking for a specific artist from the Dealer's room at Texas Furry Fiesta.
She was drawing lots of badges with colorful shiny backgrounds and she smiled a whole lot! I think she was in the same row as Mary Mouse, against the right wall from the entrance, but further back, near the corner.
Does anybody know who I'm describing?
