The doctor's bill is in... -faint-

A header goes on your shoulders.
$5,281.95! YIKES!
That doesn't even include the ambulance ride or any follow-up visits. D:
I'm still waiting to find out what kind of assistance I'll be getting from the insurance program provided by my law school, but I'm not really holding my breath for any miracles. The good news is that I've been able to get back to work this week, so I can start making at least some money to put toward the expense. The bad news is that the money I make at my job, though sufficient under normal circumstances, doesn't really give me a whole lot of wiggle room. Story of my life.
Commissions are still open, as is my Paypal donation jar. Click here for more info: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3504155/

Keep your head up hun, my mother had a bill of over 30,000 and she paid them like $5.00 a month sometimes more, and she got it paid off so it can be done! >.>

OP
If the insurance company doesn't pay for a hefty chunk, I'm going to have to see about making a payment plan just so that I don't get in over my head.

Most of the time if you explain your financial situation they are more then willing to help you out with a payment plan, I do wish the best for you ^^

During this process, I've learned that the average student loan taken out by someone attending a private school for one year is approximately equivalent to the cost of a broken limb in US hospitals. No wonder all my Euro friends have been hassling me to move. xD
