Dear comrades, with the growing contingent in the Bolton borough of Greater Manchester we're delighted to be having  elysiathewolf organising a meet there for the 30th June.

Below is a basic copy and paste of the thread on UKFurs, please direct enquiries to Elly, but if you leave it at the bottom of the journal we'll either answer to the best of our abilities or redirect it to Elly on your behalf.

We hope you'll attend and that the Bolton meet can grow into a regular event as part of the MancFurs community.

Hey furries! It is finally here after a long, thought out discussion between several others, including Blastdav and myself. (I won't lie, organising this has been hell haha).

SO. Plan.

11.00am

Meet at Bolton train station. This is the best area as it's not too big so everyone can gather and it's pretty easy to find.

11.30am

Catch the train to go to Horwich, this is where the bowling and the cinema are. PLEASE, if you are not there for this time, send me or Ári a text, I will have my phone out throughout the time I am there, if I do not receive a text or call from anyone, we will be setting off and you will have to come and meet us there.

12.00pm-1.00pm

Food, this is your chance to go off for food wherever you like. Please let me know if you wish to plan anywhere for people to go. Once you have finished eating, head towards the bowling place.

1.30pm-?

Bowling. No idea when we will be done here, but hopefully before 4! If it goes on later, for those who wish to go to the cinema, we will be sorting that out and heading over there around 5ish.

5.00pm-ISH

Cinema. I will be uploading what film we will be heading for

- NO FURSUITS. I must stress to you all, this is not a fursuiting meet. What I will welcome is tails, ears, handpaws and footpaws. Feel free to knock yourselves out with them. Fursuit heads must not be worn due to covering of the face in a public liability area.

- General manners. I will not tolerate any form of violence against others, nor will I tolerate badmouthing others in a disgusting manner. Please, if you feel intimidated by anyone else at the meet, or they threaten you in some way, please let me know immediately!
