I'm pretty sure that this artist has done a few pieces that do what you are talking about. At least I hope they're what I'm thinking you're talking about. I didn't sift through his/her gallery for any specific examples though, I thought that maybe you should do that on your own, as you have a better idea of what you're looking for than I do.

I take that back, I did actually do a quick look through of his/her work just now, but couldn't find the pieces I was thinking of. I think they might have updated and removed some of they're older work. I'm pretty sure though that they had some works that did what you are talking about. Can't hurt to ask them anyway.

Sadly, he's exactly the style I was wanting, I've already shot him a pm but haven't heard back yet, and yeah, he deleted all his stuff ages back (Fortunately I saved em, Squirrel-like Hoarding Panther win!)
