I know a married lady named Lauren who wears a pixie cut and quite nicely do, she's very pretty.
Actually I know a number of women who wear their hair short, a majority of them all are from my church even. People are just immature and just DO NOT THINK. I suppose in part I have a thing for short hair on girls, but for sure does that not mean they're any less lady like. Again sadly people allow society and statistics to tell them what the norm is instead of allowing people to define their own normal.
I hope all this doesn't bother you too much more than it has. Hopefully people will stop assuming.

I'm sure that its hard for people to understand that a lady is still a lady even if you don't find them in a dress, with long hair in the kitchen or giving birth. Times change but so many people just don't like change so refuse to acknowledge that "standards" change or even die out. I know a number of short haired girls that are as straight and "girl" as ever, I know long haired girls don't "act the lesbian part" but wouldn't even imagine dating a guy. People want the easy way out so they don't have to actually try to know someone so just make shortcuts of assuming what someone is.
If that doesn't make much sense, I'm a lunatic rambling and just ignore me! :D
