Harassment:
I, the artist, reserve the right's to refuse service and/or refunds to any rude or aggressive customers. Said harassment will result in a violation of these Terms Of Service, and a refund will NOT be issued. I will give said harassing customer one more chance, if they repeat their actions, they will not have access to my services any longer, I have a very low tolerance for this kind of thing.

Deadines:
If you so wish to have your commission finished at a certain date,I will try my absolute best to have your commission done by your requested date, but please be reasonable with this deadline. Keep in mind that I have a life, mate, job and school to worry about. If I do not complete your art by the deadline, I will give you art credit for me for an agreed amount between you & I. If you do not specify a deadline, I will take my time, and set a deadline for myself, to work at my own speed. Remember: stressing out an artist ("i want this done in 3 days!") will affect your art. We work better when we're relaxed and not stressed about getting it finished.

Revealing the Art:
Your commission is part of my gallery, and my portfolio. While I wil not keep it out of my gallery completely, you can request that I hold off on revealing it until a certain date.

Refunds:
For commissions over $20, I do ask that you pay at least half of it upfront. If you are not satisfied with your commission ( I will ask why, so please don't make up outrageous reasons <.<), I will refund 65% of what you have paid. If I, as an artist, fail to complete your commission with in 3 weeks of your order, and fail to let you know why, I will refund 100% of your money. (Again, life does happen, and unfortunately, it's unavoidable)

Your Duties As A Customer: (yes, you have a few)
As a customer, I will send you 2-3 WIP (work in progress) photos of your commission, you must tell me what you want fixed (color, pose, size of tail/ears, etc) so I can fix it.
I'm trying to make you happy, I would like to know your thoughts on the piece after it's finished.
Finally, If you notice any small changes that need to be made on the finished digital piece, you have 5 days to let me know, otherwise I will charge $5-$10 depending on how much needs to be done.

Once All's Said and Done...
Once I've finished your piece(s), it will be displayed in my gallery on here. If you wish to re-post it on another site after, please note me and we'll discuss crediting and such. I have full ownership over the product, and the character design will be credited to you, the buyer.
