Don't read this because you'll find out (you're feigning ignorance I assume anyway). It's the cantina music from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, composed by John Williams and performed by -? London Symphony Orchestra? I forget Ep4 credits, honestly. It was a jazzy tune Williams composed for when Luke Skywalker meets with Han Solo in the Mos Eisley Cantina, a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Well, all I hear is this track, so yeah I'm with you - don't think I want to hear whatever music was on the first and original dub. Just shoo.
