Day One: Thursday, June , 2012 "Furr-Meet and Intro"

Doing lots of laundry today. Ugh. At least I have Netflix. I'm watching Blood+ as we speak! Later? Dr. Who!!!
So anyway, the funniest thing happened yesterday. I met some other furrs at a pipe shop in Aurora, just outside of Denver. We all got a good laugh out of where we ended up meeting. Besides that though, I found out that they meet every Thursday at a Village Inn not too far from where I live right now. I'm thinking I'm going to go. It's nice to get to know people with like interests and mind-sets. I'm thinking that I might also be able to recruit some more people to join The Foxy Aliens, which is a dancing/singing/composing group my best friend and I have been trying to start for a while now. The only problem is I don't have a car of my own yet so I rely on my boyfriend to drive me places. Thank goodness we work at the same place. He works tonight though so I kinda need to know when he's getting off, or figure out how to get there via bus. Another dilemma I have about the furrmeet is I'm not sure if I should go in my full (con) outfit (long black skirt, black heels, black cut-sleeve shirt, ears, collar and tail) or just normally (jeans, shirt, tail, maybe ears). Oh well I guess I'll figure it out later.
As per my art, right now unfortunately all I can do is digital pixel art. I've got a couple of things I'm rather proud of, however still being relatively unfamiliar with how this site works, I have yet to figure out how to put them up here. I plan on eventually taking paid commissions, though I don't think I'm quite good enough to do so at the moment. For the moment I think I'll do some free commissions for people. I also do edits of my existing line arts for people as well.
