Sorry for the terrible lack of communication.. I've been SUPER busy lately (exams, family issues..) and I apologize if any of you needed to get a hold of me; I'll be replying when I can.
Well.. Bad news about my grandfather. In the past he was an alcoholic, which lead him to various (almost five) heart attacks in less than two years. A few months back, he went down south and stopped at a bar, got severely drunk, and drove his car home. He was put in jail until he was sober, and went to rehab and eventually court later on.
This Tuesday we caught him drinking again... And he drove his car, again. Who knows how long he's been doing it, though, because he goes down south more than twice a week (he's got friends and other family members down there). My grandmother won't talk to him, and badly wants to kick him out of the house. I don't know what to do.. He's been putting himself at too much of a risk. Nonetheless, he's got severe health problems, and if anything else happens to him, we all know he'll be very close to dying. None of my family can take this anymore.. It's not fair that we have to put up with this behavior; we don't need it. And he doesn't learn anything from it. My dad, whose a lawyer, is speaking with him every evening because if he gets caught again; he'll be going to prison for sure.

But on the bright side, my birthday's on Saturday, and I'm pretty sure I'll be recieving a nice new sewing machine. I've gotta head out to Regina this weekend because of a football game, but it'll help my birthday improve a bit more.

I recently found out one of my friends is cutting her wrists.. What a pleasant week I have had :/
