[Happy] Birthday to Me
General
I'm 20, and all that goes with it.
"But why is the 'Happy' in brackets," you didn't ask? Well, you see, I'm not really looking forward to it. For the last four years, some horrible thing has appeared and kept me from enjoying the one day of the year when I actually should:
-16th: Bad biology and math grades force end to all birthday parties from then on. (Actually, only this one was forced, the rest just couldn't get time for.)
-17th: Sick for three days, starting with a massive upchuck birthday morning.
-18th: Relative gets DUI, casting horrible shadow over whole occasion.
-19th: I actually attempt to have a party, and not one of my friends come.
-Today: Dropped one of my classes, and still have yet to tell my parents this, whose reaction will be entirely based on hearing the word "drop" and will not take the time to hear the reasoning behind my decision.
...well, guess it's all a part of growing old, getting forgotten, having shit happen to you every goddamn year.
...fucking damnit.

Funny, I always thought being the middle child was what made me the social stigmatic of the family. Guess it varies from family to family...
Indeed, let's hope so; so far so good, anyway.
And thanks. ^^
You up for belated gift art?
And always. =3
It has indeed been a while.
