Staying positive
So, it feels like I've been going through a lot of good changes lately and for the first time in what feels like ever, I've really had a reason to be happy.
I've been able to spot a lot of my problem areas that have contributed to me being a pessimist including getting wrapped up in my own head and getting too excited about pleasing someone else to the point that it became about pleasing myself, instead. Well, having been able to spot these, I've been able to give my collar a tug (literally, sometimes) and keep myself from charging headlong into a wall and then blaming it for being there.
It's been a lot of work and being humble can hurt at first, especially when you have to ignore a gluttonous pride that you've overfed for too long.
What do you guys do?
How do you stay positive? How do you pull yourselves back when you see yourself going down a bad path?
Much love
Dangerfox.

And remembering to give good cheer to others is part of that.
I've not figured out either of those yet, really.
