PS3 Skyrim Water Crash

All PS3 Skyrimmer's I need help. I have a query in regards to the Water Crash Issue that befell the last PS3 update of Skyrim (I Downloaded it in regards to Dawnguard being released on the 360 today) and I just want to know how you resolve the issue on the game. I tried deleting just the game data and re-installing it but it didn't work so do I need to delete both the Update AND the Game Data and re-install them as a collective or just delete and re-install the Update Data on it's own instead.

I Had pre-existing knowledge of this issue so i put off downloading it for as long as possible, but im gonna need it for when Dawnguard comes to PS3

With the last update I believe they tried to do a piece for updated graphics for underwater play, the problem was that this created an issue in which the game crashes everytime you enter water, I knew of the issue when the update was released so I put off downloading it because the PS3 version (As with most Bethesda PS3 Releases) is buggy enough already, but I downloaded it for Dawnguard as its out on 360 now so PS3 won't be too far behind I have been told there is a resolve for the problem and I have googled it myself I just wanted to know if anyone has had the problem or whether the suggested solutions work before I do it
