technicly obamacare mandate was not a tax and he stated it was a penalty in courts and paper. So now that its considerd a tax it technicly should be revoted apon like seperated of the bill it self and revoted. most other parts are good but the mandate tax thing saying buy or be punished which is what made it unsonstitional its same action same thing just differnt name.its still punishing people from inaction and ihope some people can lawsuit it again on this grounds and let states have optout or somthing. plus IRS is thirdparty buisness and not governmental as stated by polosi and most courts and thus unconstitional to have a IRS or third party company bully us citizens or impoud land or so forth. frankly can take it to court if they try to and state not government body but htird party organization trying to dictate howa Sovern nation citizen lives and acts.

then why is it unconstitutional to speak slander or broadcast libel? for instance: obamacare creates a system that only reinforces the stereotyping that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. and furthermore is designed to weed out the poor by effectively disallowing people that can not pay for fixing themselves to simply be unable to access health care.

and no- it's not quite unconstitutional to speak slander or broadcast libel. think about it: how many stations are actually dedicated to programs that are in all technicality nothing more than scripted slander or end purposeful libel.

nothing ever happens to them. only two logics: it's either not REALLY unconstitutional. OR.... the companies have to much money for the law to apply to them.

logic 2 is probably more plausible. after all, money means more than life. and laws are less than life.
