it survives! what the holy fuck? in a 5/4 vote. it's clearly unconstitutional, yet they uphold everything?

the Supreme Court listed the individual mandate as a TAX. REALLY. it's unconstitutional because it forced people to buy something, the government cannot do this. yet, they defend it and hide it through a tax? Why not make my income tax 70% like England is, instead of hiding it? it's obvious they don't give a shit anymore, and are ignoring the constitution.

what you all are witnessing here, is the end of the US government as a Republic, and changing into a dictatorship. where the fuck is the country i used to know and defended in the U.S. Army?
