Lil Update - University Interviews - New Toy

Evening Y'all.
FINALLY got round to posting up pictures from when Flint came to see us! Sorry about the wait, Flint!! =D Will soon be posting up s'more pictures. No Drawings at the moment, still completely swamped with coursework, plus I am in the middle of planning a photoshoot for the 28th [weather depending.]

Had my interview for Norwich School of Art and Design on Tuesday 15th, and honestly, the interviewer treated me horrible. The first thing he said was "Can you read and write? I don't think you can read and write. You have no qualifications." I tried to explain to him that I am getting qualifications through college and will have them when I graduate but he wouldn't listen. Then he went through my portfolio and kept saying "What's the point of that?".
My tutor Fran came into college on Friday and asked how it went and she was furious when I told her what happened. She went straight to her office, on the phone and gave them a right earfull. Thankfully she has connections in that University and they expressed how sorry they were. Now the person who interviewed me is under investigation and will recieve the highest disclipinary action and they have offered me another interview with the Director himself on the 2nd May!!

On my way to the 15th April interview Me and my mum stopped into Jessops and she broughts me a Nikon D40! Now I have a shiny new camera to play with! =D Cost her £334.97 and it came with 18-55mm standard lens, 2GB memory card and an awesome Camera bag!
Recently brought myself a set of Macro lenses and a mini-tripod that is just ridiciously small!
So that's about it really.
Oh! Going to a wildlife photography workshop on Wednesday, can't wait!! =D
