Making a Vore RPG Game

Alright, so even though I said I didn't want to start a game from scratch I'm sort of going to. Not completely from scratch, because I found a fairly detailed (and unfortunately partially in other languages) action battle system for RPG Maker VX. I spent most of the day just figuring out how it all works so I could input some code of my own. However, I did make it so the main character is a black bear guy and he attacks with his claws n' such. As for now the vore aspect will be in essentially eating the orbs the enemies drop. Oh, I am dreading a bit on making it so you are slowed based on how "full" you are from eating enemies. But when one has such a big belly they tend to slow down a bit.
My main block in making this game is that I will need to either learn how to do sprite editing, find someone who wants to make sprites, or find someone who will teach me to make/edit sprites on my own. Since the action battle system is done so well most of what I would have to do is create maps, sprites, animations, and story. If anyone knows anyone that has ever made sprites and is interested in helping me out lemme know. I already have base sprites for several species, I would just need to make the belly portion for post-vore.

Making yourself get slower based on how much you've eaten shouldn't be too difficulty. You could have a variable increase every time you eat something, and use conditional branches (either in common events, or in the events representing what's eaten) that influence the character's movement speed once said variable reaches a certain value. I believe there was even a script someplace at rpgmakervx.net that allowed for additional movement speeds than the default 6 if you would want more variation on how being full would affect your movement speed.
