sigh while at boffer practice i pushed myself to far. I overheated then cuz its so hot and humid the air felt thick and i couldnt breath so that sent me into a panic attack so they called an amublance on me.
im ok now the tests came back fine but they want me to do a follow up just in case.
i felt so embarressed afterwords that i put my friends through that.
