Okay, we had another weeklong delay, but things are going forward. The house is on the market! It went on this morning, and right now I'm typing from the abode of 
sylvan and 
wom-bat because there's already a showing of it! Yikes! So I had to powerclean the area me and the roomie are using, and touchup other stuff before hauling our butts out! Here's hoping my daydream of an insanely fast sale comes true. :)

Keeping my fingers crossed for your fast sale! Got my house sold this spring, but it took several weeks longer than we hoped...
I'll be happy if it sells in a month, but I'll be blown away if it sells fast. ;)
